Most organizations measure their success by the number of tournaments or titles they have won. While winning is important we find it will take care of itself if you focus on providing the individual athlete the resources, tools and training to build success. 

Our overall success is not measured by our athlete's achievements on the field, but rather with their successes in the classroom and in the overall grand stage of life.

The vision at Phenom Baseball NY is to enable our participating players the opportunity to receive an education at an institution of higher learning or become professionally drafted through this great game of baseball.
